It looks like Wendy Williams and Andy Cohen’s friendship has been restored after his appearance on her talk show and now, the woman couldn’t be any happier. Apparently, Wendy’s marriage with Kevin Hunter used to affect their friendship in a negative way but now that she is a divorced woman, that is a problem of the past!

One insider report claims she thought it was really important for him to stop by her special birthday episode and show the world they support one another now.

It was the first time Andy was a guest on Wendy’s talk show in the last six years!

Now, the source tells HollywoodLife that ‘Wendy is so excited to have Andy back in her life. She missed him a lot, which is why she felt like it was very important to have him on her show. She wanted to let the public know they worked out any differences they may’ve had.’

The two were not really feuding but had definitely grown apart and it seems like Wendy’s estranged husband was part of the reason why.

‘Your husband was not my biggest fan. But, I want to you know that I have been cheering you on the last 6 years,’ Andy told Wendy.

The man also noted that she looks ‘light as a feather’ and seems really happy ‘in the city,’ referring to her getting her own apartment in NYC after the split from Kevin.
