Hayden Panettieres Boyfriend Brian Hickerson Faces Felony Charges After New Details Emerge About
Hayden Panettiere’s boyfriend Brian Hickerson is facing felony charges after new details involving their domestic violence altercation have emerged.
Radar Online is reporting the Los Angeles Superior Court has ruled there is enough evidence for Hickerson to face felony charges stemming from their May 2nd incident. Panettiere’s man has been out on a $50,000 bail since he was arrested that night. He will be back in court in two weeks.
The judge made the ruling based on new details that have emerged after officer Amber Findley testified what she witnessed at Hickerson’s home. She explained she responded to a call around 1:45 am. When walking up to the house, Findley revealed she heard a woman yelling “Ow, ow, ow! You’re hurting me!”

Findley testified Hickerson opened the door but at first, said he was home alone. When she questioned him about the woman’s voice she heard, he said it was the television. Eventually, he let the police officers inside, where they discovered Panettiere in an upstairs bedroom.
“I think the reason why he didn’t want to tell us Hayden was inside was she was a celebrity. Right off the bat, I noticed that she had bruising on her eyelids, a swollen face. She did have marks on her neck, the left side. When I continued to talk to her, she removed the sweater that she had on. I saw bruising on both her arms,” Radar Online reported Findley further stated.
The Nashville alum reportedly told police she and Hickerson had been having drinks at Cabo Cantina in Hollywood before the argument. Once they arrived home, the actress explained her boyfriend struck her three times in the face with an open palm. The third time he made her nose bleed.

“They continued to argue within the residence, and one point the victim went upstairs to the master bedroom to go to sleep. The defendant got on top of her and with hands grabbed her on the left and right side of her face. The victim described the altercation as they began to grapple. He was on top of her and grabbed her face, I believe by the hair. They began to grapple, and then she extended her arm outwards to gain distance,” Findley relayed the events of the evening to the judge.

After listening to Findley describe another time Brian Hickerson was violent with Hayden Panettiere, Judge Fields declined the defense’s claim both parties were drinking, and there was lack of evidence to move forward with charges. Since it was not the first attack, the judge ruled to uphold the domestic abuse felony charges.
