Idris Virgo cruised to a points victory over the loud-mouthed Anthony Taylor on the KSI vs Faze Temperrr undercard.
Winning by an unanimous decision of 40-32 on all three judges scorecards following the four round fight, Virgo lived up to expectations.
The ex-Love Island star came into the fight as the more experienced boxer, with an unbeaten professional record of 12-0-1, while Taylor comes from an MMA background.
With that being said, prior to the fight Taylor had been the man stealing the headlines, having previously had a run-in with Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Taylor appeared on the undercard of Mayweather Jr's most recent exhibition against Deji and he was invited into the ring for a spar after calling out the self-proclaimed 'TBE' (The Best Ever), but Taylor wisely declined.
Then when KSI was scheduled to fight Dillon Danis, before he pulled out, Taylor clashed with his fellow MMA fighter outside of the venue where the bout was announced and punched him in the face.
Prior to his loss tonight, earlier in the fight week, Taylor had even called out KSI.
At the time KSI had to Taylor that he wouldn't even get past Virgo and on this occasion he was correct, as the American could not back up his trash-talking in the ring.

KSI reacted to Taylor's loss on Twitter, with a simple message, saying: "HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA @anthony_foreal."
The build-up to this fight had been full of peculiar and heated moments, but it seems the pair have now settled their differences, as they could be seen embracing after leaving the ring.
As for Virgo, he made it clear that for his next challenge he wants to fight Slim Albaher, who will be fighting later tonight against Tom Zanetti.
"I want Slim," Virgo said in his post-fight interview, "so, Slim if you're watching this, if you get through Tom Zanetti, which you might not, I want you next."
